Masterplanned in 2004 – Urban Reserve is an environmentally sensitive single-family neighborhood reclaimed from a neglected swath of land within the City of Dallas. ⁠

Client Highlight of this month is St Stephen United Methodist! ⁠

In a study completed by DSGN in 2012, it was determined that the LEED buildings that focus on saving energy achieved the highest ROI for the City of Dallas.

In 2006, the City of Dallas signed on to the Architecture 2030 Challenge.
