In a study completed by DSGN in 2012, it was determined that the LEED buildings that focus on saving energy achieved the highest ROI for the City of Dallas.

So when we started designing the Vickery Park library in 2018, the goal from day one was to achieve ALL of the “Optimize Energy Performance” credits!

Today we are excited to say that we exceed our goal in achieving 54.3% Energy savings (per USGBC’s energy modeling procedures).
