Armonia Apartments is located on Topeka drive, where the Community Center is sited in the historic La Bajada neighborhood. The project began with neighborhood meetings in order to understand the needs and desires of the neighborhood as well as to establish a relationship with the long time residents of La Bajada.

This mixed-income, multi-family development offers 15 thoughtfully designed one and two-bedroom floor plans. Created with equity and access at its core, Armonia is part of the HUD Essential Housing Program.⁠
