The design for SM City Baguio modernizes the mall’s exterior and interior, connects shoppers to Baguio’s stunning landscape through a new skygarden, and adds a dynamic addition catering to the area’s youth population and higher-end shopping and dining.

The exterior features crisp updated materials, sweeping balconies and bridges, and dynamic tensile roof forms for a sophisticated, modern look. Inside, brighter finishes and a dramatic multistory activity area host fashion shows, markets, and concerts, while an expansive skygarden flows from the upper levels — offering dining, views, water features, play areas, and garden paths as a relaxing escape above the mall.

A new multistory addition links Governor Pack Road to the existing mall, with tech-focused shops and restaurants below, native stone walls, a grand entrance, and expansive structured parking. Above, separated by the skygarden, a crisp modern addition with shaded restaurant balconies completes a vibrant, sustainable destination to shop, dine, play, and relax.
