Urban Reserve created a new vision for single-family development in North Texas, consisting of 50 modern homes clustered along a central street designed to act as a linear bio-filter, create a sense of community, promote walkability, and connect at all possible locations to the surrounding community.⁠

Each home was designed by regionally and nationally noted architects. Each architect worked to a set of standards that not only specified low-key modern design, but other site parameters including small front yards, naturally weathering materials, and sustainability standards.⁠
